We’re excited to introduce a series of enhancements aimed at streamlining your workflow and enhancing your experience within Sterling. Our latest release brings a range of features designed to provide you with greater flexibility, efficiency, and control over your projects.
BoQ/Cost Plan Importing – Automatic WBS/Structure Creation
We’ve upgraded our Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Cost Plan importing functionality to include automatic creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project structures. This enhancement simplifies the process of mapping and structuring your imported data, reducing manual effort and ensuring a more accurate and organised project setup.
Package Manager- Enhancements
Our Package Manager has been improved with several new features:
- Full WBS/Bill Structure Visibility for Subcontractors: Subcontractors can now view the complete Work Breakdown Structure and Bill of Quantities, providing a clearer understanding of the project scope.
- Enhanced Comparison Screens: Additional formatting improvements on comparison screens make it easier to analyse and compare cost and carbon data.
- Improved Delivery Partner Portal: The subcontractor portal has been optimised to facilitate easier pricing and submission of packages, streamlining communication and collaboration.
Life Cycle – Snapshots
Introducing snapshots in the Life Cycle module! You can now save and re-use historic versions of your Life Cycle Assessments. This feature allows you to capture and revisit previous assessment states, making it easier to track changes over time and manage historical data effectively.
Other Enhancements
Autodesk Docs Integration: We’ve updated our Autodesk Docs integration to use Autodesk API Auth V2, ensuring better security and improved compatibility.
Additional Excel Reports: New Excel reporting options are now available on the Cost Plan and Estimate views, providing more flexibility in reporting and data analysis.
3D Take-off Improvements: We’ve enhanced the parameters grids in our 3D Take-off feature for easier access to all model data, improving the accuracy and efficiency of your take-offs.
