We’re excited to introduce a series of enhancements aimed at streamlining your workflow and enhancing your experience within Sterling. Our latest release brings a range of features designed to provide you with greater flexibility, efficiency, and control over your projects.
New Integrations App Store
We’re excited to introduce the new Integrations App Store, which enables seamless connectivity with industry-leading tools. Our first wave of integrations includes:
- Autodesk Docs Integration: Easily bring in models and drawings from Autodesk Construction Cloud Docs directly into Sterling for take-off, streamlining your workflow and ensuring accuracy.
- Procore Integration: Import drawings and models from Procore into Sterling, enabling smoother collaboration and efficient project management.
- Building Transparency EC3 Tool Integration: Search for material Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and access Carbon A1-A3 data. You can now assign this critical information to resources within your projects, supporting better carbon management.
Enhanced Take-off Features
- Undockable 2D and 3D Take-off: Maximise your screen real estate with our new undockable take-off panels. This enhancement allows you to work more efficiently by optimising your workspace according to your needs.
- 2D Drawing Comments and Collaboration: Collaborate more effectively with the new ability to add comments to measurements. You can now see who produced each measurement and when, improving communication and project traceability.
Project Lifecycle Management
- ICMS/NRM3 Project Attributes: We’ve aligned project attributes with the ICMS and NRM3 standards, ensuring consistency with standard forms and questions at the project level. This update simplifies compliance and enhances project management.
Other Enhancements
2D Scale Setting in Take-off: Improved scale setting functionality in 2D take-off ensures more accurate measurements and easier adjustments.
Work Packages Usability Enhancements: We’ve made several usability improvements to Work Packages, making it easier to manage and distribute them effectively.
Finalisation Improvements: Enhancements to the finalisation process provide smoother transitions and increased accuracy.
Performance Enhancements: We’ve boosted performance for multi-file uploads, ensuring faster and more reliable handling of your project files.
