Autodesk Construction Cloud Docs

Collaborative, Integrated, and Efficient Cost & Carbon Estimating

At Sterling, we are transforming the way cost and carbon planning, measurement, estimating, forecasting, and life cycle management are conducted for construction and engineering projects. Our integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) ensures that your estimating processes are not only accurate and reliable but also seamlessly connected to the latest project data.

Key Features of the ACC Integration

  • Direct Import of 3D Models and 2D Drawings: Sterling allows you to import 3D models, along with their associated 2D drawings, directly from Autodesk Construction Cloud. This ensures that your take-offs and estimates are based on the latest designs, streamlining the transition from design to estimation and reducing the need for manual data entry.
  • Access Project Documentation within Sterling: With this integration, all project documentation managed in ACC is accessible directly within Sterling. Whether you’re working on cost estimates, carbon calculations, or resource planning, you can quickly and easily retrieve the necessary documents without leaving the Sterling platform. This saves time and ensures that your team is always working with the most accurate information.
  • Automatic Updates for Geometry Changes: Sterling’s Take-off tool is designed to automatically display any changes in geometry on both 2D drawings and 3D models. This feature is particularly valuable for projects with evolving designs, as it allows your team to quickly identify and adapt to changes, ensuring that your estimates remain accurate and reflective of the current project scope.
